About Fairfield Leadership
Fairfield Leadership is an eight-month program offered by the Lancaster Fairfield County Chamber of Commerce. The program is designed to help meet the need for the active participation of informed, dedicated community leaders in Lancaster and Fairfield County. Each session consists of principles designed to help participants develop into more effective leaders.
